1. General Agreement

By using this website, you agree to these terms, governed by the laws of Nepal and the Electronic Transactions Act, 2063.

2. Product Authenticity and Returns

• Authenticity: We provide only 100% genuine products.
• Strict Return Conditions: Returns are only accepted if the product seal is intact. Opened or used products are strictly non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
• Reporting Deadlines: Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims that a product is "not as described" must be made within 2 days.

3. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched.
• Once a tracking number is generated or the status is "Shipped," cancellation is no longer possible.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Serena Cosmetics, based in Lalitpur, Nepal, is not liable for items damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage.
• The Company will arrange pick-up or reimburse return shipping costs only if the return is due to a company error (defective or incorrect item).

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Nepal.
